After receipt of payment the average build time for a new kiln is 2-3 weeks plus shipping. Controllers and vent usually take 1 week plus shipping.

We are a small operation, this means that we can offer better quality and more intimate service to our customers.

I have completed advanced kiln repair class and I have 20 years exp. repairing industrial manufacturing equipment. This includes mechanical and electrical repairs. I also have taken 80 hours of advanced Allen Bradley electronic control classes.

My wife Laura is my right hand and has been working for 15 years as a customer service agent. She has also worked as a technical service agent for a major kiln manufacturer here in the DFW area. She can help with firing programs both manual and electronic and can help create custom programs for your specific needs.

We also both enjoy making beads and fusing glass. I have started doing stained glass and clay. So we can answer questions from experience.
